Kirkland Associates are working on an exciting new unique opportunity. Our client is a young, vibrant, and international company playing a leading role in their industry. They work with state-of-the-art tech and offer a great company culture! Our client will provide full product training, but are looking for someone who has worked in a similar technician role. You will be mainly based out of the centre in Milton Keynes but the role does cover the whole of England and could very occasionally include travel to Ireland. This will not be on a regular basis.
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + bonus
Mixture of working from the office in Bletchley, home working and on site. Roughly 1-2 days on the road, 2-3 days in the warehouse and potentially 1 day from home, subject to change depending on business needs.

The Role:
You will be providing technical assistance and advice to customers using a ticket system, emails and calls. You will be required to travel to customer sites to repair their devices, as well as maintaining and repairing company devices. You will also help train customers on how to use and maintain their devices. Occasional overnight stays.
