SIGNALLING TEAM LEADER – SWINDON – PERMANENT – BASE SALARY £53K PLUS SHIFT ALLOWANCES AND MORE ARM is working with the UK’s leading railway company, and we are currently recruiting for a Signalling Team Leader to join the team based in Swindon. About You: You will have significant experience of working as a Signalling/ SMTH maintenance worker. You will be ready for and looking for a Team Leader position. You will hold valid PTS and other track tickets such as COSS, etc. You will hold a full UK driving licence also. You will require an SMTH qualification and hold a full IRSE licence. What you will be doing: Your role will be to lead a small team providing signalling maintenance on the railway in the South West. You will ensure safe working for your team and providing day to day support and guidance. Reporting to a manager who will oversee general team management duties, reviews, etc. This position would suit someone looking to progress or looking to rejoin as a Team Leader. This position will be based from Swindon and will then see you travel to the site of work, using company vehicles. It is a full-time position and will see you working shifts including days, nights and weekends. There is also some oncall commitment on this position. What you can expect in return: The salary for this position is £53,824 as a starting salary, but with overtime, shift allowances and oncall payments, this will be much more than this base.
