About the Role
Hays Accountancy and Finance is seeking a Document Controller to support their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing documents and ensuring that all information is accurately recorded and easily accessible.
Key Responsibilities:
* Uploading drawings and documents to the system
* Opening and tracking documents
* Maintaining hard and soft copies
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience working within document control
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail combined with excellent communication skills
* IT-literate able to pick up new software systems easily
* Experience of using Document Management systems such as Sharepoint, Viewpoint, Procore will be advantageous combined with the use of Excel
