Expert are working in partnership with a prominent Eglinton based employer to recruit a Senior Clerical Administrator to be based at their Head Office. Viewed as a pivotal role within the Office team, our Client are keen to arrange interviews ASAP and are offering a market leading hourly rate & package. Reporting to: Administrative Manager / Financial Controller / Finance Director Responsibilities (not limited to). General administration including sales invoicing, stock control etc. Cash processing, reconciliation and lodgements. Processing orders, recording data and updating new and existing records Liaising with credit control department to ensure credit terms are being adhered to e.g. credit checks, payment terms etc. Assisting with month end procedures including stock control, statements etc. Customer care and dealing with any relevant department queries. Provide general administrative support as requested by Management and Directors. Experience, Skills and Attributes A minimum of two years Experience in a similar role Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word Strong communication skills with an excellent telephone manner Excellent customer service skills Hours: 37.5 hours per week (one-hour unpaid lunch break) Monday to Friday 09.00am to 5.30pm Please contact Kevin on for further information or forward your CV using the link below.
