To support the Deputy Director of Adult Mental Health in leading key deliverables for the portfolio of work. Senior strategic leadership to ensure value for money and the best outcomes for our patients. Deputising for the Deputy Director as required. Programme management leadership for complex programmes of work utilising expert knowledge and experience in guiding others through the challenges of service transformation projects. Operational responsibility for contract management and performance assurance. Senior relationship management with providers and collaborative working with ICB teams. Develop and contribute to the design of models of care. Lead dispute resolution processes. Support on the development and delivery of designated workstreams Work in partnership with clinical leads to form and sustain effective clinical collaboration for the workstreams Be responsible for a high standard of work supporting the delivery of projects on time, to quality standards and in a cost effective manner Maintain and update delivery plans with regular reporting to monitor progress and resources Pro-actively manage stakeholders, responding to and resolving differences between them when this arises, through facilitation or other appropriate mechanisms, including offering a route for escalation and resolution with other programmes when necessary Ensure public and patient involvement in the workstreams Take into account the impact of any change the projects will have on the system and ensure wide engagement to secure full ownership and buy-in Advocate the projects within the workstream at senior and executive levels and ensure active engagement and sponsorship within ICB as a whole Ensure the flexibility of the programme and projects, if required to meet conflicting/changing requirements Contribute to the strategy, policy, development, governance and performance assurance processes of the ICB Develop and maintain constructive relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders Would you like to work flexibly?
