Are you a semi-skilled technician/mechanic? Are you passionate about automobiles and eager to kick-start your career in the automotive industry? This could be the opportunity for you! Pentland Land Rover Perth; part of the John Clark Motor Group, are looking to recruit, train, develop and invest in a Semi-Skilled Vehicle Technician/Semi Skilled Mechanic.
John Clark will fast track your career to become a fully qualified Level 3 Technician, you will learn from skilled professionals and gain invaluable hands-on experience as well as brand knowledge.
Responsibilities of the Semi-Skilled Vehicle Technician/Mechanic:
1. Preparing new and used vehicles to a high standard.
2. Replacing wheels and tyres.
3. Performing routine maintenance and repairs on various light vehicles.
4. Assisting senior technicians with complex repairs and troubleshooting.
5. Ensuring all work is carried out efficiently and in compliance with safety regulations.
6. Keeping accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
7. Collaborating with team members to provide excellent customer service.
Requirements of the Semi-Skilled Vehicle Technician/Mechanic:
1. Hold a minimum qualification of Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance.
2. Basic knowledge of automotive systems and components.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
5. Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
6. Enthusiasm for the automotive industry.
