Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one or small group support for students in the classroom. Assist with lesson preparation and resources. Help manage classroom behaviour and create a positive, engaging learning atmosphere. Support the teacher in delivering tailored lessons to meet students' individual needs. Build strong, positive relationships with students, staff, and parents. The Ideal Candidate: A passion for working with children and supporting their development. Previous experience in a school or educational setting is an advantage, but not essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
