You will lead forecasting processes and provide detailed financial and operational analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. You'll present financial reports to senior leadership, aligning financial information with strategic goals. You will implement and improve financial systems to streamline reporting and enhance data accuracy. You'll identify financial risks and collaborate with management on mitigation strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations. You'll guide key decisions, including mergers and acquisitions, and lead due diligence processes. Proficient in financial modelling, Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel. More about you You should have proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and budget-setting, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical reasoning skills. You must be able to negotiate, research, present, and stay organized while fostering business partnerships to provide financial guidance to frontline teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for building strong relationships with senior business leaders. You should be adept at managing competing workloads, meeting tight deadlines, and prioritizing tasks. Experience in automating and improving finance processes is key, as well as the ability to identify problems and execute solutions. A fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with several years of experience is required, along with proficiency in financial modelling, Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel.
