Job Description
We are Lyons Holidays Parks, family owned for over 100 years! We welcome over 10,000 families to North Wales and Cumbria each year across our twenty holiday parks, luxury hotels and restaurants. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our team at Manor House Holiday Park. If leading a successful team of people is your number one skill whilst having a 5-star service mentality and critical eye for detail, then read on!
Supported by the Park Manager & Head of F&B, our Food & Beverage Managers are strong leaders of broad teams, confident decision makers, exercise sound judgement, and manage conflicting priorities under pressure while having extensive experience in managing a profit centre successfully.
You will lead and inspire the Food & Beverage teams across all the F&B outlets on park with the aim to maximise and grow F&B sales, profit, service & quality, guest satisfaction, and team retention. By leading the Team Managers and their teams, you will deliver a common purpose of creating F&B experiences for our guests and owners.
Responsibilities for the Role:
Business:
* F&B Growth - Maximise team performance through leading and directing your team. Deliver year-on-year sales growth and exceed budgeted profit. Drive sales through outstanding delivery of food, drink, and service. Actively control labour deployment and flex consistently across the area, ensuring engagement with the tools available.
* Safety - Safeguard the Lyons brand and reputation through the execution of all brand standards and maintain quality in all aspects of the business. Conduct service audits to ensure brand standards are adhered to. Be accountable for Health & Safety standards, driving actions from audits, EHO or other governing bodies. Proactively manage hygiene levels with the aim of achieving a 5-star hygiene rating within each venue. Ensure that all areas comply with legal requirements and are safe and clean in line with standards and protocols.
* Costs - Maximise profit contribution through monitoring cost control and coaching managers to improve their ability to control costs and recognise where you can add the most value in this area.
Guests:
* Guests & Owners - Work collaboratively with Head of Operations to ensure that teams are focused on putting guests first. Build strong relationships with our owners and holidaymakers and continuously improve based on feedback.
Team:
* Coaching & Development - Coach, mentor, and lead by example in the delivery of day-to-day objectives, including daily visits to each restaurant, arcade, and bar. Communicate key messages to managers and teams. Ensure that personal objectives are set for Managers and Team and are aligned to the specified service and hospitality standards. Ensure all Managers and team complete Safe & Secure training.
