Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils, adapting to individual education plans (IEPs) and learning targets.
* Assist in creating a structured, stimulating, and safe learning environment.
* Support pupils with personal care needs, including feeding and mobility assistance, where required.
* Use specialist communication methods (e.g., PECS, Makaton) to enhance pupils' communication and social skills.
* Encourage pupil engagement and independence, using positive reinforcement techniques
