Job Opportunity
We are seeking a Clinical Product Development Specialist to join our team in the UK. This role will be based in the South Wales and South West region, covering key business areas between Salisbury and Exeter.
About the Role
The successful candidate will work in partnership with our commercial and sales teams to drive business development and support existing customers. They will provide clinical support throughout the buying process, both pre- and post-sales, to drive company strategy and generate better clinical outcomes and operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities
* Evaluate and provide customer education programs, forums, study days, and attend national exhibitions.
* Collaborate with a Business Development Manager who is responsible for direct sales and winning new business.
* Support customers in long-term care settings, including care homes, social care, and loan stores.
* Meet activity and behavioral targets, such as evaluations, study days, and training.
* Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and organically cross-sell based on clinical expertise.
* Use a company van to travel to customer sites, typically a transporter type vehicle.

Salary and Benefits
The package includes a basic salary of £35,000 - £40,000, plus a bonus of £16,000. Additional benefits include a fully expensed company van, fuel card, healthcare, pension, mobile phone, laptop, and 23 days' holiday plus statutory leave.
