Arrow's unique platform model is central to its strategy as a vertically integrated investment manager. Through our twenty-four investment and servicing platforms across Europe, Arrow combines local origination and asset management expertise to deliver its credit and real estate and lending strategies.
Reporting to the Operating Partner for Platforms, this role is critical to the strategic planning and scaling of Arrow's European platforms. It will help align origination activity with fund-level objectives, to optimise asset management, and improve our collective performance.
This is a commercially focused, analytical role suited to someone with strong Excel and presentation skills, ideally from a consulting, investment, or real estate background. It blends elements of operational delivery, data strategy, and investment performance to support platform-led growth across Europe business.
The successful candidate will work closely with platform leadership teams, portfolio management, and data and technology teams to build models, tools, and reporting frameworks that enhance performance visibility and unlock value across Arrow's platform network.
The role reports into Arrow Global London; however, if you are an internal applicant based in one of our European platforms, applicants must have the right to work in the country where they apply. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer work sponsorship, visa or relocation for this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain financial and operational models to support analysis of platform performance across multiple jurisdictions and asset classes.
* Develop executive-facing dashboards and presentations, and reporting packs for senior stakeholders, including the CEO of Platforms, Operating Partner, and ExCo.
* Monitor and report on key metrics such as IRR, AUM growth, capital deployment, and pipeline performance.
* Present complex data and insights in a clear, structured, and visual format that supports decision-making across platforms.
* Support the onboarding and integration of new platforms into Arrow's central performance monitoring framework.
* Work with internal tech and data teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and accuracy of platform reporting and data.
* Identify and resolve data gaps or inefficiencies; contribute to the design of scalable tools and reporting templates.
* Partner with platform leaders, investment, and asset management teams to align reporting outputs.
* Conduct market and performance analysis to support special projects, investment memorandums, and strategic planning initiatives.
* Act as a key link between the central platform team, operational platforms, central investment, finance, and strategic project teams.
* Provide ad-hoc analysis or modelling support to senior stakeholders and special projects.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Strong academic background, with a degree from a reputable university preferred.
* Advanced Excel proficiency is essential, including complex formulas, pivot tables, index-match, array functions, and lookups. Familiarity with VBA or Excel-based automation to enhance reporting efficiency is advantageous.
* Skilled in creating C-suite-ready presentations using PowerPoint, with the ability to distil complex data into clear, strategic insights.
* Capable of designing visual, compelling presentations to support platform reviews, investment memoranda, and ExCo-level discussions.
* Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms for data visualisation and performance dashboards is advantageous.
* Experience with research and industry insight platforms is a plus, as is exposure to tools such as Alteryx, SQL, or Python for advanced data analysis and automation.
* Proven experience in building and structuring multi-entity financial models that reflect both platform-level and fund-level performance.
* An understanding of core financial modelling concepts, including IRR, NPV, and scenario analysis.
* Prior experience in investment management, consulting, private markets, or real estate analytics is preferred.
* Exposure to platform-based, multi-entity, or cross-jurisdictional operating environments is highly beneficial.
* Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
* Confident and articulate communicator, experienced in presenting insights to senior stakeholders and executive audiences.
* Highly proactive, collaborative, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
