Our client are looking for an Customer Service professional to join their team on a full-time basis.
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading company in their industry, who is looking for a reliable and admin-savvy individual to join their customer service team. This role will involve providing outstanding customer support while delivering accurate administration. You'll play a key role in managing customer orders and supporting customer queries.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Answering customer calls and logging customer interactions within Salesforce
Setting up new customers on the system
Supporting customers with product queries
Promoting products and educating customers on new features where necessary
Developing key relationships with various external and internal stakeholders
Ensure compliance with Data Protection requirements (GDPR), maintaining the database and obtaining written/verbal consent for permission to contact
Support the Customer Service Manager with other tasks as required
