Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am to 6pm, Fridays 9am to 5:30pm, Saturdays 10am to 3pm

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate for the position of Assistant Lettings Manager will be extremely motivated and career-driven, with experience in the current rental market.
Duties will include:
1. Grow volume of new lettings business and income production to the branch.
2. Support the Lettings Manager with directing and leading the operations of the Lettings team.
3. Appraisal and instruction of residential rental properties.
4. Accountable quality of customer care.
5. Meet and exceed targets for lettings business.
6. Arrange and conduct viewing appointments and secure property lets.
7. Work in accordance with all legal obligations without exception.
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available properties.
9. Support and manage the overall success of the Lettings team.
Skills required:
1. Prior experience working as a Senior Lettings Consultant or Assistant Manager, with a proven track record in securing new business.
2. Listing & valuation experience.
3. Strong negotiation skills.
4. High level of customer service skills.
5. Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
6. Tenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to succeed.
7. Be responsive to change.
8. A full UK driving license.
