Service Desk Analyst (1st Line) x 2 - Bournemouth - £150-200/ day - 2 months (immediate start - extension likely)
A leading organisation in Bournemouth have a requirement for two 1st Line Service Desk Analysts to join their existing service desk.
It will require 2 years experience working on a service desk, and will involve the following 1st line support:
* Logging incidents via incoming calls
* Actioning tickets via the Service-Now tool
* Assigning tickets to relevant support groups
Prior experience will be required with the following:
* Active Directory account management
* Office365
* Laptop & hardware troubleshooting
The contract would initially run for 2 months(but this is likely to be extended) and would ideally start on Monday 3rd February. The contract would needbe carried out via an umbrella company.
