Contract Administrator/Planner wanted for a main contractor
As the year is coming to a close and some sectors may be coming to a close for Christmas, we are very much up and running with a busy December ahead and some great opportunities with some market leading clients.
Over at Skilled Careers, we are currently recruiting for a number of Contract Administrators/Planners for a leading main contractor on their contract with a renowned business in the gas industry based in the Potters Bar area.

As a Contract Administrator/Planner your day-to-day will look like:
Managing the Client/Contract
* Manage client's expectations as per each individual contract's service level agreement.
* Monitor and oversee all daily services ensuring they are allocated to relevant engineers.
* Investigate service appointments that have had repeat visits and highlight to Contract Managers/Clients as necessary.
* Ensure monthly service programme is planned for all contracts worked on.
* Manage and maintain the service process to ensure that clients can follow their legal processes.
* Provide legal packs as required.
* Provide status and ad hoc reports against the service program for Clients and Contract Manager.
* Ensure all service queries are managed professionally by applying proper telephone etiquette to satisfy various customer situations.
Other Duties:
* Manage engineers' daily workload, ensuring engineers are in the correct locations with the correct amount of daily work.
* Update Servicesoft with correct job notes relating to queries.
* Gather and communicate cancellations of daily work and allocate to call bank to action.
* Be flexible and help out with other areas when colleagues are busy or absent.
* General office administration duties including filing, faxing, and photocopying.
* Perform any other duties as required to meet the needs of the business.
* Provide a daily report for the following day's service appointment for Call Bank.
Collaboration:
* Serve as a focal point to communicate and resolve issues with other departments.
* Meet with relevant managers to ensure effective communication for the smooth running of Contracts.
* Work with and collaborate with Contract Planners and Call Bank to provide effective communication and excellent customer service.
* Communicate and check engineers' work from the previous day to ensure all jobs are closed down.
* Update Client Portal as required.
Accountabilities:
* Prioritisation and time management of own work.
* Identify areas for improvement and create solutions and directives to resolve.
* Fully understand the processes for all Contracts KPIs.
* Manage and respond efficiently to Clients' queries via email or telephone.
About the Contract Administrator/Planner role:
Salary: Up to GBP28k per Annum
Location: Potters Bar
Hours: Full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
