Cova Security Gates, a specialist UK based manufacturer of perimeter security equipment, is restructuring their Field Service Team and have created a new opportunity for a full time Field Operations Administrator. The role is varied, fast paced and interesting. Reporting to the Customer Relations Manager you will be providing first class customer service to our prestigious clients around the world as well as organising the work diaries of our specialist Field Service Engineers.You will be responsible for:
* Creating and organising engineers work orders
* Liaising with clients to complete services and/or emergency call outs
* Invoicing relevant work orders
* Creating quotes for works required
* First point of contact for your clients
* Resolve support issues
* Nurture the company and client relationship
* Show excellent attention to detail
* Account administration
You will therefore need to be a confident communicator, highly organised, willing to take responsibility and use initiative, and comfortable in setting your own priorities and meeting deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal skills are essential along with a high level of written and verbal communication skills. You will have experience of working with highly confidential information in a customer focused environment and the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.,
