Childrens Registered Manager
The company is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Manager to join their team in Nottingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the company and ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
1. Manage and supervise staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services
2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders
3. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and policies
4. Manage budgets and resources effectively
5. Support all staff and childrens as needed
6. Lead on the recruitment and selection of staff
7. Provide training and development opportunities for staff
Requirements
8. Registered Manager with relevant qualifications and experience
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
10. Strong leadership and management skills
11. Knowledge of Childrens Safeguarding
12. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
13. Good understanding of relevant legislation and regulations
14. Experience in managing budgets and resources
Rate £41,500-£44,500
