DeHavilland and Forefront Advisors are a leading political monitoring and intelligence group, combining in-house expertise with tech-first innovation to deliver actional insights for our clients in public affairs and financial markets. We provide real-time information that helps clients navigate complex political environments and make informed decisions. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns across SEO, social media, content marketing, and email marketing, with a focus on lead generation and revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with our commercial teams, maintain in-house databases and CRM systems, and leverage data-driven insights to optimise campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
Campaigns
* Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms like search engines, social media, email, content marketing, and paid ads.
* Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads to drive traffic and generate leads.
* Analyse campaign performance, tracking key metrics like click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA) to enhance ROI.
* Develop lead generation strategies to attract, capture, and nurture leads through digital channels.
* Collaborate with the sales team to qualify and nurture leads, providing the necessary resources for closing deals.
* Track and measure lead quality and conversion rates to improve campaign performance.
Content
* Implement SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO to boost search engine rankings.
* Manage website content, creating and publishing engaging material that resonates with our target audience.
* Analyse content performance through website traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation metrics to refine content strategies.
CRM & Data
* Maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity while tracking interactions and managing leads.
* Segment email lists based on customer behaviour and other relevant criteria to improve targeting.
Your Experience & Knowledge
* 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within a SaaS (or related) environment; exposure to political monitoring, intelligence, or AI-first products is a plus.
* Strong understanding of lead generation tactics and how marketing supports commercial functions.
* Expertise in data analysis, CRM systems (Salesforce and Account Engagement/Pardot preferred), and marketing automation.
* Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Content teams.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and reports.
