Project Manager
Location: Maidenhead, Berkshire

We are currently recruiting for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join a leading industrial and logistics construction company. The successful candidate will take ownership and lead the planning and successful delivery of projects valued between 20- 40 million.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the planning and successful delivery of projects
* Serve as the main point of contact for the client team throughout the project lifecycle
* Oversee the planning and organization of the site to control all aspects of SHEQ, ER compliance, HSE, and CDM compliance
* Ensure all works are delivered on time, to the highest quality, and with a strong focus on health and safety
* Set a culture of collaboration and innovation, leading the team in a positive manner
* Provide overall control, management, ownership, and full responsibility for the delivery of projects
* Maintain good client relationships to promote repeat business and collaboration
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably for industrial or logistics unit new builds
* Strong knowledge of SHEQ, ER compliance, HSE, and CDM regulations
* Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and engage stakeholders
* Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
* Familiarity with construction regulations and standards
