About the Role: Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of key subjects in the absence of teaching staff. Support students with their learning, ensuring a positive and productive classroom environment. Manage behavior effectively, promoting a calm and focused atmosphere for learning. Collaborate with school staff to maintain high standards of teaching and learning. What We’re Looking For: Confidence in managing groups of students in a classroom setting. Strong communication and organizational skills. Previous experience working with young people, such as in a school, coaching, or youth work (desirable but not essential).
