We have a well-resourced in-house Positive Behavioural Support team who will work with you and your team to get the best outcomes for everyone living in the Home.
Support is provided by a dedicated and collaborative head office team providing specialist support to enable you to continue to develop your service and focus on great outcomes for everyone who lives in the home.
Great care is dependent on a great team, so strong leadership and coaching skills are critical along with a genuine desire to develop the team and support their progression.
An appropriate qualification is required plus previous experience in a similar setting.
