ATLANTIS ANIMATION is seeking an experienced and creative 3D Layout Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Tenerife, Canary Islands. As a Layout Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation and execution of 3D layout sequences, ensuring that the visual style and technical requirements of our animation projects are met. You will work closely with the director and other departments to shape the visual direction and ensure that the scenes are set up for animation in a way that supports storytelling and creative vision.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise and guide the layout team, ensuring high-quality, consistent work.
* Collaborate with directors and art departments to implement visual and cinematic concepts into layout sequences.
* Ensure that layout sequences are aligned with the overall aesthetic and technical requirements of the project.
* Plan and create camera setups, staging, and scene blocking to ensure optimal shot composition and performance.
* Work closely with animation, lighting, and environment teams to ensure seamless integration of layout with the rest of the production pipeline.
* Provide feedback and direction to the layout team, fostering a positive and productive working environment.
* Troubleshoot and resolve layout issues during production.
* Ensure layout work is completed on time and to the highest quality standards, meeting production deadlines.
* Maintain a strong understanding of the latest 3D layout tools and techniques.
