About the Role: Deliver engaging and dynamic Physical Education lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, covering a diverse range of sports, fitness activities, and health-related education. Develop and implement inclusive lesson plans that promote skill development, tactical understanding, and physical fitness for all students, fostering a positive and encouraging atmosphere. Coach school sports teams and contribute to the extensive extracurricular sports program. Assess student progress in practical activities, fitness assessments, and theoretical work, providing constructive feedback and celebrating individual and team achievements. Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong background in Physical Education. A good understanding of sports coaching principles, fitness training methodologies, and health education. Experience coaching a variety of sports. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students of all abilities and backgrounds.
