My client is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join their Finance team on a permanent basis. The office in based in Bicester. The company boasts an international presence and prides itself on its commitment to quality and service.
Job Description
French Speaking Accounts Payable Clerk:
* Oversee and manage the accounts payable ledger.
* Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
* Maintain vendor relationships and handle any invoice discrepancies.
* Perform regular statement reconciliations.
* Support the wider Accounting & Finance team with various tasks.
* Work in line with company policies and regulations.
* Communicate effectively with French-speaking vendors as necessary.
The Successful Applicant
A successful French Speaking Accounts Payable Clerk should have:
* A strong background in Accounting & Finance.
* Proficiency in French and English.
* Understanding of accounts payable principles.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
