Brook Street Recruitment is working with our Belfast city centre client to recruit a full time and permanent Legal Litigation Secretary.
Responsibilities
1. All forms of typing / audio typing - letters, faxes, memos, emails, documents
2. Preparation of court documents and briefs
3. Preparation of documents and filing of statutory returns
4. Dealing with telephone calls and messages
5. Sending and receiving e-mail messages
6. Making appointments, keeping records and contacts up to date
7. Filing, faxing and photocopying duties, keeping records up to date
Criteria
1. Essential: Must have at least 2 years experience in a Legal Litigation role - NOT PARALEGAL
2. Meticulous with good attention to detail
3. Exceptional organisational skills
4. Diary management experience
5. Good communication skills written and verbal
6. Excellent telephone manner
Salary will be Circa 26k per annum.
