We are looking for a committed Teaching Assistant to work in a school in Berwick-Upon-Tweed with an immediate start. This is a long-term, full-time position.

Person Specification
* Right to work in the UK
* Minimum of 2 references
* Enhanced DBS clearance
Experience/Qualifications
* Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant / Level 6 Qualification - Degree
* Experience working in a primary school
Duties and Responsibilities
* To provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care for children
* Support the school staff to facilitate the active participation of children in academic and social activities
* Contribute to raising standards of achievement for all pupils
* Implement the daily routine
* When directed, plan and implement age-appropriate activities in conjunction with other staff
* Assist children in personal/intimate care
* Regularly evaluate children’s development and keep records as directed by the teacher
* Liaise with parents/carers of children when directed by the class teacher
* Uphold the Ripple Education ethos and all safeguarding requirements
* Ensure a high-quality environment to meet the needs of individual children
