Job Briefing: IFA Administrator
Location: Cheshire
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum
Role Summary:
The IFA Administrator will play a crucial role in providing high-level administrative support to the Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs)n. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a financial services administrative role and possess the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, particularly when liaising with high-profile clients such as professional footballers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the IFA team.
* Process client documentation efficiently and accurately.
* Liaise directly with clients, demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.
* Maintain and update client records on internal systems.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver a seamless service to clients.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience: Previous experience in a similar IFA Administrator role or financial services environment is essential.
* Skills: Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Confidentiality: A high level of discretion and professionalism, particularly when working with high-profile clients.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Teamwork: Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting.
