174 hours per month pro rata at £12ph, £40 per sleep (average 10 sleeps a month)
Overtime is paid at your normal rate + £5. Working on a 2 on 3 off shift pattern!
As a Residential Support Worker, you will be making a vital difference to the lives of children & young people who display emotional and behavioural difficulties, traumatic backgrounds and social/emotional mental health.

Main Responsibilities
* To role model fellow support workers and take responsibility in ensuring the care of the young people in a person-centred approach.
* Be a positive role model for the young people
* Looking after young children with Learning disabilities and/or EBD
* Promoting independence and growth and development
* Building relationships and trust with young people
* Recording of the young person's day and helping with their care plans
* A passion for working with young people and the ability to complete computer-based paperwork
Qualifications & Requirements
* Driver is essential
* Minimum 1 year’s experience working in a caring setting
* Willingness to undertake further training
* Must be flexible
* Ability to do full shifts and sleep in (2 on 3 off pattern)
* Desire to learn and progress
