You will support the business by aligning with HR Operations and the Centers of Excellence in all aspects of Human Resources. Responsibilities: Partner with local leaders to ensure employees understand how they contribute to SCJP goals achievement and growth plans execution. Ensure compliance of company policies, monitor local legal requirements and implement changes as required. Work with the Group HR team to ensure any efficiencies across both functions are gained, and any process changes are relevant to all stakeholders. Advise on organizational design and change best practices. Align leaders on strategic workforce needs. Contribute to the process and tool enhancements to foster individual and team engagement. Leverage HR service delivery model effectively to deliver results and align with organizational objectives. Lead initiatives to streamline HR processes. Empower, coach and support the HR Team to deal with all tactical and operational HR issues. Work with the European HRBP Director to input into any group initiatives were requested and then implement agreed outputs.
