What We do / The Team The X-Stream UI Team in Equities Middle Office are a technical team responsible for building and deploying solutions that improves user productivity and overall user experience at Citi. We are based in Belfast and our user base is global across Citi. What you will do Close engagement with Equities Technology teams to understand key functional and non-functional requirements, prioritization and day to day questions. Collaborate with other members of the team to extend functionality and enhance performance of existing processes. Identify opportunities for continuous quality improvement of technical standards and methodologies Be instrumental in the design and implementation of automated integration testing. We are looking for talented and passionate UI developers to continue to deploy solutions across Equities Technology The role requires a detailed understanding of software design/best practices along with a strong technical ability. Key Skills and Experience required. Possess an engineering mind set. Enterprise level software development experience. Expertise in programming with React, NodeJS, Web Sockets. Comfortable with multiple API architectures. Proficiency using Cucumber, Jest or other automated testing frameworks. Ability to own technical issues and their solutions to completion. Possess a positive attitude and willingness to work to delivering excellence. Ability to communicate effectively inside and outside of the main team. Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements. Beneficial Skills Experience with C#, WPF, XAML and other .NET framework-based technologies Experience using Co Pilot or other Generative AI offerings.
