We are looking to employ a part-time Receptionist to join our busy GP practice based in the Clay Cross area.
Position: 1 x 16.25 hours per week

Essential Skills:
1. Basic IT skills
2. Ability to work as part of a team
3. Good level of qualification (or equivalent experience)
4. Competency in Maths and English

Responsibilities:
1. Work within the reception team with a focus on achieving excellent patient care via telephone and face-to-face interactions.
2. Carry out GP approved triage to ensure our patients see the correct clinician first time.
3. Be the first point of contact for our patients and other healthcare providers.
