The Warriner School is a popular choice for families in the local area for their children with Special Educational Needs, due to the
inclusive ethos of the school and the many opportunities that the school offers. The role of Pastoral Inclusion Lead allows for
staff to develop a wide understanding of working with children with additional needs within a mainstream school. The role is an
excellent starting point for aspiring teachers or for those who wish to have a career improving the academic progress and
wellbeing of young people.
As a consistently oversubscribed, expanding school we are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, enthusiastic and dedicated
Pastoral Inclusion Lead, to join our thriving and successful team. This will be a permanent post to work 37hrs per week, Monday
to Friday Term Time Only. The salary for this role is Grade 9 Points 23-26 £33.366-£36,124, Actual starting salary £28,462
