We are now looking for an HR Advisor to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

What will your day look like?
As an HR Advisor, you’ll play a central role in creating a positive and supportive workplace, where people feel valued and empowered to perform at their best.
From day one, you’ll be part of a collaborative HR team, working closely with the EMEA HR Business Partner to deliver a high-quality, people-focused service across the entire employee lifecycle.
Whether it’s handling employee relations, supporting recruitment, or driving engagement, your work will directly contribute to the continued success of a company making a vital global impact.
Each day will bring variety and purpose: you might start by advising a manager on a sensitive people matter, follow up by guiding a new starter through their onboarding journey, and round off by reviewing data trends on absence or wellbeing to identify areas for positive change.
Your role will also involve:
- Supporting managers through all stages of recruitment
- Guiding line managers on workforce planning and HR strategies
- Ensuring data accuracy and providing timely reports from HR systems
- Advising on HR policy development and compliance matters
What you’ll bring
To join us as an HR Advisor, you’ll need:
- Experience providing a confident HR advisory service to managers and employees
- Experience managing a variety of engineering and/or scientific recruitment campaigns
- Generalist experience in an HR role
- Experience developing and implementing employment policies and procedures
- A solid understanding of employment law
- Basic project management knowledge
- Recruitment advertisement writing skills
- A CIPD Level 3 Diploma in Human Resource Management
