Clinical Maintain a reduced caseload to meet the service requirements. This includes completing all requirements relating to data collection and recording in our patient database in a timely manner and completing PEQs with patients. Manage the clinical caseloads of SPWPs through case management and clinical supervision. Manage the SPWPs rota to provide evening duty cover for the clinical team late shifts and additional cover for sickness/annual leave. Monitor waiting times and capacity within your locality for low intensity support and responding by coordinating groups and service provision appropriately. Ensure response to incidents and access to records requests at Step 2 for the Locality Hub in an appropriate and timely manner, ensuring compliance with data protection and information governance protocols. Review and complete managers reports for incidents within area. Attend 48 hour panel review meetings for any serious incidents that occur within area Support SPWPs with screening referrals from secondary care and/or complex cases and making clinical decisions on suitability for our service whilst adhering to protocols. When appropriate making sure people are referred onto a suitable service and not left without support. Ensure attendance of SPWPs at multi-disciplinary meetings relating to referrals or clients in treatment, where appropriate. When issues arise during these meetings, the Hub Lead will look to problem solve these whilst maintaining good professional relationships. Work closely with Step 3 workers, ensuring appropriate stepping-up and stepping-down arrangements are in place in line with the stepped care approach and service policies and procedures. Assess and integrate issues surrounding employment into the overall therapy process with our Employment Advice team. Develop relationships and partnerships with external organisations in the Hub locality, to reach local communities and engage and support new patients who can benefit from support with us. Ensure that line managed staff maintain appropriate IAPTus clinical records, in keeping with service operational policy and in line with best clinical practice. Support the ongoing professional and personal development of the staff you manage. Identify training needs in your team and appropriate training opportunities to meet these needs. Carry out annual appraisals and regular reviews of objectives and assessing competences in line with PWP accreditation. Deliver of training as directed by the Clinical Lead and Service Manager Support SPWPs to address any performance issues and identify training needs and work with them to identify solutions. Deputise for the Clinical Manager PWP Lead, in their absence.
