Mploy Staffing Solutions Ltd is looking to supply a temporary Payroll Administrator to a highly valued client based in Dorchester, Dorset.
Why should you be interested? Were offering:
1. hourly pay of £15 per hour.
2. full time temporary/remote work with a 35 hour per week assignment. Our client works Monday to Friday hrs to hrs with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break daily. Our client is also somewhat flexible with hours of work, subject to ask, and could accommodate fewer hours for the right candidate. Although the opportunity is remote, our client is ideally looking for a candidate located around an hour away from Dorchester, Dorset for occasional in person meetings.
3. 28 days of annual leave per year, accrued per week worked.
4. a workplace pension scheme, auto enrolled after 3 months on assignment.
5. paid travel to internal meetings & to our clients London Head Office

6. is an experienced Administrator. Ideally, youll have experience working within a busy Payroll and People team but this isnt an essential requirement.
7. can multi-task & work to deadline.
8. has an exact attention to detail & is highly organised. Expect to: input data onto our clients payroll and people software systems, ensure people/payroll systems data matches/mirrors, input data into Excel spreadsheets, check and reconcile store timesheet data, liaise with store colleagues ensuring correct information has been provided to accurately calculate monthly payroll & assist with commission/expense payments. Youll be happy to muck in and help our client as needed.
9. may already have some awareness as to basic payroll concepts such as P45s, P46s, Tax Codes etc.
10. is an affable and helpful person.
11. enjoys working as part of a close-knit team and doesnt mind working individually/remotely.
12. is system savvy with an ideally strong Microsoft Excel competency. Expect to learn several key HR, Payroll, EPOS & Expenses systems, not to worry full training will be provided. Our client is looking for Excel competence with common formulas, VLOOKUPs & Pivot Tables. Expect to spend a lot of time in Excel!
13. is an articulate communicator with a strong command of the English language.
14. is trustworthy & highly confidential.
15. is naturally self-motivated, has worked remotely before (ideally) & is keen to go above and beyond.
