Organise safety testing and the compliance of portfolio Create and maintain relationships with tenants and landlords Organising for maintenance to be carried out with contractors You will have the following skills / experience Customer service / Admin experience Confident dealing with customers face to face or over the phone Excellent verbal and written communication skills Be able to work in a team or use own initiative Motivated, enthusiastic and a great drive to succeed Genuine interest in all things property Salary : £25,000 commission OTE : £27,000
