About the role
We are looking to recruit an experienced Client Partner to join our dynamic team. The Client Partner will play a pivotal role in nurturing and developing long-term relationships with our clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion. This role demands a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of technology solutions, and the ability to align client needs with Node4's offerings.
Responsibilities of the Client Partner
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with Senior Stakeholders in Node4's key clients.
* Have a thorough understanding of clients' business needs and objectives.
* Develop project and technology roadmap alongside key stakeholders within the assigned client portfolio.
* Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling of Node4 products and services.
* Monitor and report on account status, including forecasting and tracking key account metrics.
* Help solve client issues and handle complex client requests, ensuring satisfactory outcomes.
* Regularly update clients on new products, industry trends, and company initiatives.
* Participate in client reviews and presentations to showcase Node4's value proposition.
What will you bring?
* Experience of Managed Services in the IT Sector. Skills/Experience in Cloud Transformation, Microsoft Business Applications, SDWAN and Security Preferred.
* Can demonstrate previous experience of managing high-value client accounts in the Managed Service and Technology sector.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a client-focused approach.
* Ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and client satisfaction metrics.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* A proactive and adaptable approach to a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Certifications and Skills
* Certified Account Manager Professional (CAMP).
* Experience with CRM software.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and other collaboration tools.
* Experience with ITIL processes and practices.
