As the Head of Shopper Marketing you will Lead the strategic direction of the Shopper Marketing team, translating that into the day-to-day delivery of insight and customer led activity that brings the brand purpose to life for customers and colleagues in-store.

You will be responsible for
* Build and deliver the strategy and execution of the customer plan across all Shopper Marketing touch-points (inclusive of Point of Sale, Digital Content, Experimental, Local and Sampling) driving market share and key NPS metrics set by the business
* Lead and coordinate the specific Local Marketing execution
* Deliver the total plan in an operational effective way that delivers a high level of compliance across 3000+ stores, this is supported by the reporting, Retail/Business support leadership team and shop floor feedback. Ensuring the POS Centre application remains up to date, relevant and delivering what is needed.
* Support Tesco UK Retail Media to enable growth across stores in a way that aligns to customer insight, retaining the shopping trip and ensuring the broader UK Marketing plan gets the right cut through in-store. Working with the relative leadership in a collaborative and considered way
* The supplier base reflects the needs of the team, partnering with Group Procurement to ensure we're doing so in an efficient way that protects the impact needed. Ensuring spend retains within set budgets and forecasts.
