Key Responsibilities:
* To ensure, as a key non-clinical member of the ward team, that the optimum service is delivered to patients and their families.
* To perform administrative tasks as requested and delegated by the senior charge nurse or deputy.
* To report to the senior charge nurse or deputy matters relating to the fabric of the ward.
* To use telephone and IT communication systems to support the smooth running of the ward.
