The Role This is an exciting opportunity to join our operations & DMC team in our new office in St Andrews, Fife, Scotland. As an Operations Executive, you will primarily be responsible for putting together itineraries, making reservations, checking availability and communicating with our Tour Operator partners. You will also be responsible for making post booking adjustments and amendments, as well as providing a concierge service to our clients in resort, making caddy and dinner reservations amongst other things. You will also have responsibility for loading and updating rate structures in our reservations system, as well as updating new images and content in our CMS. Golf Experience isn't essential, however as golf is something you will be communicating about on a day to day basis, an interest would be valuable This role will be part of a brand new team and as such, there will be great opportunities for progression and personal development as we continue to grow our team.
