To act as a local expert resource supporting GP practice and pharmacy partners to develop their local work streams. To act as the main NHSE point of contact for local partners. To co-ordinate placement development within your region, including organising and managing large multi-professional working group meetings. To support the team in all elements of developing and delivering the programme. To develop regional networks to provide peer support for GP and pharmacy partners. To participate in the national foundation pharmacist recruitment project. To support pharmacy employers and supervisors to implement the requirements of the new initial education and training standards. To promote the NHSE foundation Pharmacists in General Practice Project with stakeholders regionally and nationally. To work closely with multiple stakeholders in identifying key steps to enable embedding of joint foundation posts in training programmes across a range of sectors To lead regionally on the monitoring and audit of posts for quality and consistency. To facilitate reporting to the regional and national Pharmacy Programme Teams, according to requirements.
