Lead UI Designer ADP have a vacancy for an experienced Lead UI Visual Designer to work within a team producing global HCM products. This exciting opportunity is to be part of a growing international network of Designers and Researchers. As a Lead UI Visual Designer you will be responsible for creating compelling, innovative design solutions that demonstrate the power and value of rich internet experiences. You will collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to ideate, design, and prototype web applications; contribute to design patterns and building blocks for our design system. Your priority will be to meet user needs in close partnership with product and engineering teams. You'll have a passion for solving problems and making complex systems of interaction fluid and easy to use. As a Lead Visual Designer you will mentor others in the team and help set the direction for the projects you're responsible for. Above all, you are curious and eager to understand how things work and able to translate that into a compelling user experience.
