This is a home based role with travel to sites, supporting our Endoscopy services across the South of England. As a Operations Manager with InHealth, you will hold CQC registered manager status, providing leadership excellence for a multi-disciplinary team, to deliver a high standard Endoscopy services. 9 day fortnight rota pattern - 37.5 hour contract / CQC, Operations & People Management experience Essential Main duties of the job What you will do: Managing a safe, effective, caring, and well-led environment, responsive to our patient and colleague requirements Inspire and motivate your team to consistently deliver a safe and effective service Oversee the people management of the administrative function, and support the Lead Nurse with people management of the unit team Managing the local audit calendar and regular completion of audits Being the Accountable Officer for controlled drugs ensuring compliance with the regulations for the management of medicines and controlled drugs Being the Registered Manager for the regulated activity to meet the Care Quality Commission fundamental standards for health care, providing leadership and support on CQC inspections as they arise About you: Knowledgeable on the healthcare sector, in particular Endoscopy and the role it has to play within local health systems Previous operational management experience within the healthcare sector and a proven track record of leading a multi-disciplinary team. Experience of designing and delivering operational processes and efficiencies for clinical services The ability to coach and develop staff members to achieve professional development while engaging and motivating them to achieve objectives and KPIs Confident prioritising conflicting demands successfully through developed organisational and time management skills Experience of improving the quality of care across CQC regulated services.
