Regional Property Manager £55,000 - £65,000 Car Midlands Winner Recruitment are currently working with a leading organisation in the education and social care sector, who are seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee maintenance and capital projects across schools and children's homes across the Midlands with some sites based further north, stoke and oxford region. This role focuses on ensuring safe, effective, and budget-conscious maintenance practices while upholding high standards of quality and compliance. The role would require the right candidate to have experience in overseeing Maintenance, projects up to £300k, and a variety of service providers at one time ensuring they are made accountable for their performance. Responsibilities: As a Regional Property manager, you will have the accountability for overseeing all capital projects up to £3 million in value, coordinating with internal teams and external contractors to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion. You will be responsible for identifying and coordinate statutory inspections and required remedial works, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. As Regional property manager you will be responsible for Sourcing, appointing, and managing contractors, fostering strong relationships and achieving value-for-money from suppliers. You will work closely with head teachers, residential home managers, and other regional directors to support efficient property management. As a Regional Property Manager, you will engage with local authorities, consultants, and landlords to ensure compliance with planning, building control, and other requirements. You will plan and manage day-to-day repairs, asset management, and project tracking within the portfolio. As a Regional Property Manager, you will establish effective working relationships with colleagues, contractors, and business partners, ensuring seamless communication and execution of projects. You will uphold high standards of design, quality, and safety across all projects. You will maintain accurate information in the property software platform, supporting data-driven decision-making. As a Regional Property manager, you develop a long-term capital expenditure plan for the region. Candidate: As a Regional Property Manager you must be an experienced property or facilities manager with a track record of overseeing complex projects in a regulated environment You must have experience in sourcing, and managing a variety of service provider as a Regional Property manager you must have strong organizational and communication skills and have the ability to build effective working relationships across multiple teams and stakeholders
