This role is a Maternity Cover until December 2025. Relocation support is not offered for this role. Core Responsibilities: - Develop a strong and insight-based full year Adults and Teens activation plan, working closely with the Brand Director and other Masterbrand and Adults campaign partners. - Lead seasonal (Fall, Holidays, Adults In-Season, BFCM) campaign planning and activation across Marketing & Commercial Planning for the Business Unit - bringing together the full internal & external ecosystem partners (Global/ Regional/ Functional/ Agency) to deliver the commercial objectives of the business. - Responsible for the overall strategy for the ABM's coaching them to lead and deliver strong marketing plans and develop further within the marketing team. - Be responsible for the assigned categories as a business manager, collaborating with the commercial and forecasting teams. - Act as functional coach to our Intern, and other junior members, & role model cross-team collaboration, giving and receiving feedback - Ensure that the key KPIs are met and initiate corrective actions as needed. As the SBM Adults & Inseason UK/I ; you will be driving Marketing strategy & Campaign planning for Key Inseason Campaign in the BU - while developing a strong roadmap to develop Adults & Teens segment in the UK/I region. Do you have what it takes? - Through the line marketing experience: Brand marketing professional with solid experience of executing UK specific large scale innovative, integrated marketing campaigns and GTM plans that have contributed to the growth of a brand in a local market role. - Self-starter, with result orientation and attention to detail: Ability to perform independently with a strong focus on strategic direction, meaningful innovation and agile solutions responding to the changing internal/ external landscape creating both a personal and team roadmap. - Strong Collaborator and Coach with excellent communication and presentation skills: A record of leading and developing informal teams collaborating across broad senior partner networks to enable worthwhile actions and results. - Strong track record of turning consumer, shopper and market data & insights into action. - Understanding of all major media and retail channels with a strong view on digital & eCommerce marketing, strong perspective on the latest industry trends and experience in Marketing analytics and performance measurement. - Ability to perform independently. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, responsiveness and attention to detail. - Fluent in English both written and spoken.
