Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to build a strong retention program that supports brand objectives.
* Create loyalty campaigns to improve customer engagement and retention.
* Optimize the rewards program to enhance customer satisfaction.
* Implement strategies to improve KPIs across key customer segments.
* Deliver clear and impactful campaign results, metrics, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
* Evaluate business needs, align teams, and introduce scalable, measurable process improvements.
* Design campaigns tailored to the UK market.
* Produce high-quality reports, proposals, and detailed documentation while conducting in-depth audits of technology, content, and processes.
* Identify and propose opportunities to enhance lifecycle campaigns, presenting innovative ideas to senior leadership.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in the iGaming industry, ideally within the UKGC regulated market.
* Experience managing rewards programs or customer loyalty initiatives.
* Strong ability to analyse data, interpret results, and effectively communicate insights to stakeholders in both written and verbal formats.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects.
* Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships.
* Experience leading and motivating teams to achieve goals.
