Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Private Client team. Manage client communications, including responding to inquiries and ensuring timely follow-up. Prepare and maintain client files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for client meetings. Coordinate appointments and manage diaries for the team. Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a financial or professional services environment. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience.
