Job summary We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and efficient person to join our team as Ward Administrator on Stock ward at Broomfield Hospital You will be a key member of our friendly team, using your administrative know-how to ensure we deliver a high quality service and care to our patients. You will liaise with other departments and wards and offer effective support to the ward team to assist with the improvement of the flow of patients within the hospital and in turn help reduce patient waiting times. So, don't delay, apply today Main duties of the job The Ward Administrator is required to work as part of the multi-disciplinary team of Stock ward, providing high quality administrative support and delivering a proficient, professional reception service to all visitors. Due to the environment you will also need to adapt accordingly with the pressures in a calm and approachable manner. They must be able to support patients and relatives who are in crisis. Teamwork is critical to maintaining the exceptional level of service that the administration function currently provides.
