Our client, a dynamic and growing business, is seeking a proactive and diligent Business Support Executive to join their team. This key role involves supporting the business across various administrative tasks, working closely with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project delivery and efficient operations. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent organisational skills, and be able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Support: Creation and production of client quotes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in line with company standards. Liaise with clients to support project delivery and manage accounts.
Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers and vendors to check stock, pricing, and delivery schedules, ensuring the smooth execution of client work requests. Manage purchase orders and process purchases on time.
Project Management: Work closely with the Managing Director to price, source, quote, and deliver client projects efficiently.
Financial Administration: Collaborate with the Financial Administrator to oversee invoicing, processing supplier payments, reconciling bank transactions, and resolving any related queries.
System Management: Utilise the company’s Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform to manage support contracts, track tickets, and ensure accurate invoicing for monthly support time.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvement activities to increase efficiency and enhance business systems.
Client Communication: Respond to client service queries via email and telephone, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
Client Visits & Coordination: Coordinate client visits, liaise with contractors, and support with event or meeting logistics as required.
General Administration: Provide general administrative support to ensure business operations run smoothly, supporting growth and client satisfaction.
Business Development Support: Assist with new business activities by collaborating with the Managing Director and Marketing Manager, including scheduling appointments and following up with feedback.
Marketing Support: Contribute to marketing activities, supporting the Marketing Manager as required. Key Requirements:
Experience & Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to work with data and interpret results.
Experience in a client/customer service environment.
Strong team player with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
Desirable:
Experience with accounting or invoicing systems, such as Xero (not essential).
